~ Do the daily report attendance and ask the HR officer, my manager, Dato' and the director sign.
Surfing job street to find right candidate for Business Development Division position.
~ Prepare staff and guard cards.
~ Assist the HR Officer to make guards claim on SOCSO by finding document. To make SOCSO claim must have;
> “Borang 10A”,
> Accident/ incident Form "Borang 21"
> Map from house, working place and accident place.

17/11/2015 (Tuesday)
 Generating Unpaid Leave report from the ISRT-EON system to submit to Puan Aznishah the Payroll Executive.
 Briefing with Miss Afiza on what I have done during my internship and what I have learned.
 Update the staff and guard data on ISRT-EON system.
 Prepare letter
 Check Puan Aishah‟s email and get permission to distribute notification from HQ.

~ Going to Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) with Miss Salwa (HR Executive) and Tuan Haji Razali (Executive Director) at Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam (KGPA), Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The agenda for today meeting is presentation by the MEF Consultant about the “Sequence in the Conduct of a Domestic Inquiry, matters arising and current negotiation & dispute.

 My main task today is updating guard and staff in branch for their bank account number. It takes me all day to do it because I need call all branch in Peninsular to get all the staff and guard information. It will be used by the Payroll Department because they want to use the ISRT-EON new system for payroll.

 Preparing draft letter for C&U (Carry and Use) allowance.
 In evening, meet with our Executive Director, to talk about the „Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)‟. He asked about the purpose of the act and he has explain to us about the PDPA and its importance.
