My Practicum Days >.< Excited!!! (week 2) Carefull!! No Mistake on Data Entry

We decided to wear baju kurung for the entire week.

This entire week mostly i done is doing master list for all SRT-EON employees and update into the ISRT-EON systems and checking their personal files to ensure that all documents required are inside their files

I & Syafiqah come to office as usual >.< & 

I am continue checking employees personal files because i cannot finish it last week and it really takes times because as HR need to really ensure that all doc related and about the employees must have inside their personal files. Because most of the file are not up-to-date and i have to list all the doc that is not in the file such as Vetting cert. I also need to list down all the employees salary increament.

Details that need to be include in the Employees Master List :-

- Name

- Employee Number

- Ic Number

- Position

- Department/ Division

- Basic Salary

- Allowances

- Personal Telephone Number

- Personal Address

- Date Joined

- Type of employment (Permanent/ Contract/ On Probation)

We also ordered to calculate books in Logistic division that will be sold at Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) on 13th Oct 2015.

I, Syafiqah, Miss Afiza, Madam Azita & Mr. Azhar leave SRT-EON hq around 11.00am and arrived at PWTC at 12.00pm.

Our task is to selling book

• Meniti Derita ke Puncak
• Agensi Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan

Rahmat Meniti 3 Era & Meniti Derita ke Puncak is a book that tells the life story about Dato' Rahmat when joining army and when he start doing business. Agensi Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan is a book that must have by the security organization because it contain all the requirement that need to set up a successfull security company. all these books are publish by SRT-EON and only available in SRT-EON.

Other than that we also raise fund for malaysian military pensioners or who has suffer permanent disability during war.
